RPO (Recruiting process outsourcing)

Need Assessment:- Analyzing the quality level required for specific Key Responsibilities specified by the client.

Sourcing:- Gathering eligible Profiles through sophisticated resources and tools.

Short listing:- Identifying the best out of the pool

Selection:- Finalizing the recruitment process as per the SLA’s. 

 Payroll Management & Flexi Staffing: This segment involves providing personnel to the client for a contracted period. These personnel are on C2S rolls and match the client's specifications for manpower.

Ø     Recruit the employees as per the client’s specifications and assign them  to the client's workplace.                                                  

 Ø      Co – employment relationship between the client, employee and C2S

 Ø     Manage HR, Administration and regulatory compliances

 Ø     Contract duration: Short term, long term and part time assignments

 Ø     Option of Absorption on completion of the assignment.
